Chloe's First Sleepover
Auntie Nicole is moving in with Sheila and Kayla, which is about 1/2 a mile from our house, so we still plan on seeing her quite a bit. On her first night over there she invited Chloe to join her for a sleepover, and Chloe was VERY excited!! It was kind of last minute, since Nicole was still doing homework at our house and didn't leave with Chloe until about 9:30, but that just gave Chloe plenty of time to pack her bags and get ready to go!
Here she is all packed up and waiting outside Auntie's door ready to go to Auntie's new house!!
She was so cute!!
And the best part of all was that she didn't need to come home in the middle of the night!! We didn't see her until Auntie brought her to meeting with a matching hairstyle! So cute... I should have got a picture of that!
Shooting with Daddy!
For their birthday's Joe got the kids pop guns, which they love and go around popping all over the place!
The happy hunters!
His grandpa would be proud!
Dollar Store Bubbles!
Being the sweet Mom that I am, whenever we go to the dollar store I let the kids pick out one toy each, and so far almost every time they pick out bubbles!! Here they are enjoying their treat!

Fair Food Night!
I love funnel cake and this year at the fair I decided to get an ice cream cone instead since it was so hot, but I was really missing my funnel cake, so we decided to try and make them at home! We called Don and Eve, and Juan and Cari (Jim and Alyssa were out of town) and invited them all over for a night of fair food!! We had hot dogs, corn dogs, corn on the cob, and watermelon for dinner, and then the funnel cakes for dessert!
It was a fun evening, although I forgot to take pictures except for one of this leftover funnel cake!
A few nights later we used up the rest of the batter
and enjoyed funnel cakes again! It was my lucky week!
I think the kids have more fun doctoring them up
with powdered sugar, syrup, and whipping cream,
than they do actually eating them!!
We used our $15.00 yard sale camp stove so we could cook outside since it's such a greasy, hot mess!
Joe did all the cooking! Notice we don't actually
have a funnel, but a ziplock bag worked great!!
Chico Reunion
At the park still having fun!
Eli's balancing act
After the park we had some time to kill, so of course we went to Jon n' Bon's for frozen yogurt!!
After Jon n' Bon's we drove around Chico until it was time
to meet everyone at Kevin and Rachael's for dinner.
They made some great food and had set up some fun stuff for the kids to do- they were wonderful hosts!
Sean, Kyra and the boys were there, although
I only got a picture of this little cutie!
And Callie was finally able to come to a reunion!!
A picture of all the kids!!
The Guys
The Girls
The Big House Girls
So fun to see Callie... She made a side trip
to our house so we got to spend a little more
quality time together!!
It was great to see everyone and fun to spend time in Chico!
Chico Through Chloe's Eyes!
At the beginning of August we went to Chico for the reunion of those that lived in Chico... It was a fun day! We met Juan and Cari at Aca Taco for lunch and then met everyone at the park... These are the pictures Chloe took while we were at the park!
