We were looking for something to do while we were at my parents and there was an article in their local paper about several different caves you can check out, so we decided to try our hand at spelunking!
The beginning of the cave! It was really cold and windy at the entrance and I made the HUGE mistake of telling Chloe that bears live in caves (always trying to educate, you know!) so she was NOT very happy about being in the cave at first. It took a lot of talking about how no bears lived in this cave and that Thomas the train goes into caves (we know he goes through tunnels, but we were desperate!) before she calmed down! She stills will tell me that there are NO bears in the cave!
