So happy to have found your blog, Shana!! After the new wears off, then my kids can tend to get forgetful to stay on task with their chore charts and marking them off. Every once and a while, I will give them extra incentive by telling them that if they get all weeks chores done and marked off (you cd do just a day for the younger kids) I will give them a treat or surprise! I have even done this for my older girls since the past while they have gotten lazy in making their beds in the morning before school. They never know what the "surprise" will be so it has worked well. (The surprise can be anything from a piece of candy to a date out, etc!)
