Well, I am finally posting our pictures from Thanksgiving! We got together with all of the Ziniker family this year to celebrate grandpa's 80th Birthday and to spend the Thanksgiving weekend together! It was a family reunion of sorts which made it an extra special Thanksgiving!
Grandma and the girls had to figure out how to seat 50 people! I didn't get any pictures of the actual food, people sitting down etc... too busy eating and trying to feed my kids I guess!
After our Thanksgiving meal everyone headed outside for a family picture... It was cold!
Thanks to Kyla for organizing and taking these pictures!
This is such a nice picture of Grandpa and Grandma!
My great Aunt Rosie (and Uncle Ronnie too) was there for the weekend! Fun to see her and hear her laugh... it's very distinct and infectious! She was always helping do something!
They absolutely loved the carriage ride!
We had an auction, which turned out to be pretty fun! Everyone brought items that reminded them of Grandpa to be sold and then everyone bid on them!
More play time!
More playing... Turns out Elijah doesn't share!! Something to work on!
We thought Maverick and Elijah looked a lot alike!!
Elijah and Cora bouncing on the air bed!
Baby Westley!
Playing outside!
Playing on the haystack!
Yay!!
Going for a walk...
Jill, Maverick, Cora, Rachael, and Chloe
Giving hugs along the way!
Reading books together!
Kyla and Camden
Kason and his Daddy!
How Fun!! I bet it was nice to see everyone, and wow there must have been A LOT of kids!!
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU, Shana for posting all the lovely pictures...including the one's of your LOVELY mother!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful time with all of the little cousins!! I meant to comment a while back how much M & E look alike. Totally adorable!
ReplyDeletewhat a special thanksgiving for you all! the picture of your grandparents is priceless! love the auction & carriage rides- looks like some great memories were made.
ReplyDeleteoh, so the strike thru writing you asked about? maybe you figured it out, but it's just near the font & size options- & it has like strike thru an ABC i believe. next to the bold & italics buttons.
ReplyDeleteI loved the pictures...they're so great and just keeps all the memories a little closer...honestly, I think because I DO have pictures of the kids when they were smaller, that they DO remember different things happening etc. and it's because they've seen these pictures and kept the memory fresh! Also, I love the pix of my sister reading to Chloe...snoozing away...I guess I can just relate a little too keenly, as I'd be doing the exact same thing...we take after our mother that way...she'd sit down for 2 minutes and be fast asleep!!!
